I recently bought a house down in Albemarle. My Realtor was Tony Underwood. I have never bought a house before so I have never had the opportunity to experience having a relationship with a Realtor. But I must say that Tony made buying my home one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. I felt very comfortable talking with him. I had total trust in him. I even bought my home without physically seeing it. Tony went over and took excellent pictures of every room, the street and the yard so that I could see everything on line. He also was very honest about what was wrong with the house. When we brought our first truckload of stuff down he even turned the porch light on so we could see in the dark because we were not going to arrive until night time. If I decide to purchase anything else you can be sure I will go to Tony. I highly recommend Tony to anyone who is thinking of buying a home in the Albemarle-Charlotte area in North Carolina. Tony Underwood is a man you can trust and will go the extra mile for you.
